The purpose of the Pam Baker Foundation is to support and encourage the education of children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.

In doing so, the Foundation promotes the values and ideals of the human rights lawyer, Pamela Maureen Baker. Specifically, the Foundation promotes Pam Baker's legacy in its mission to develop the confidence of disadvantaged chaildren, irrespective of race, religion or gender, through education and related activities.
